The suspect, Fabian Vera, 36, was arrested March 16 in Bay Stage by Contra Costa County sheriff’s deputies. He was scheduled to be arraigned in courtroom Tuesday.
Authorities said Vera — who is homeless but lives in the East Bay — is suspected of environment three fires at JFC Design, 4901 Pacheco Blvd., in Martinez about 7:20 p.m. March 10.
