Female shoots & kills ex-boyfriend outdoors South Florida business

HIALEAH, Fla. / NBC6 — A male is lifeless soon after law enforcement claimed his ex-girlfriend gunned him down outside the house a South Florida small business on Monday.

Crystal Junco, 22, faces charges of 2nd-degree murder and carrying a concealed firearm soon after the shooting in the 300 block of W. 29th Street, in accordance to an arrest report.

The victim was recognized by family customers as 21-calendar year-outdated Oniel Linares Álvarez.

“We’re all likely nuts listed here. Just envision what it’s like,” the victim’s brother, Onel Linares, told NBC affiliate Telemundo 51 in Spanish. “This took us all by shock. I do not know. It is feasible they experienced their troubles, but I didn’t know anything.”

Officers were dispatched to the scene close to 3:45 p.m. and uncovered Álvarez shot a few times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Junco informed investigators that she had gone to the business enterprise and was obtaining a dialogue with her ex outside the house when she claimed he “made an overt/furtive motion towards his waistband, producing her to feel he was achieving for a firearm,” the report claimed.

She told deputies that she took a gun out of her purse and opened fireplace, capturing the guy multiple occasions, the report mentioned.

The victim didn’t have a gun, the report claimed.

Junco is being held devoid of bond at the Miami-Dade jail, data exhibit.
