The PCMA is a not-for-income affiliation originally founded in 2002 by a team of Canadian enterprise experts whose companies were being energetic in the exempt securities current market.

The membership of the PCMA is comprised of over 300 member firms including:

• Companies registered as exempt market dealers with securities regulators in a single or more jurisdictions in Canada and the working associates of people firms
• Exempt market issuers and
• Skilled advisers and support suppliers to the exempt marketplace, which includes attorneys, accountants, compliance advisers, shareholder advisers, corporate communications advisers, financial investment professionals, and others.

In 2011, Craig established the Western Exempt Current market Association, which subsequently renamed itself the National Exempt Industry Association (“NEMA”). In 2018, the Countrywide Exempt Industry Association and PCMA merged to turn into a solitary voice for Canadian private money marketplaces.
