Utah cites 24 organizations for personnel not donning masks

Inspectors cited Intermountain Cedar Town Medical center. A medical center spokesman explained 1 employee did not experience adequately qualified to use a respirator although caring for a COVID-19 affected individual. The clinic worked with UOSH to give additional education and was not fined.
