
Welspun Corp Ltd on Thursday said it has bagged various orders worthy of about Rs 777 crore in the overseas and domestic marketplaces.


“We have obtained numerous orders of about 93 KMT (kilometric tonnes)valuing near to Rs 777 crore. This incorporates a single order of around 50 KMT received from a huge customer in the Middle East which would be executed from our facility in Saudi Arabia,” Welspun Corp Ltd stated in a BSE filing.





Welspun Corp Ltd claimed most of the other orders gained will be executed from our services in India for the domestic market.


With these orders, the company’s reserve stands at 586 KMT, valued at Rs 5,300 crore just after looking at execution up to February 2021, the filing said.


Welspun Corp, the flagship firm of Welspun Group, is a primary welded line pipe maker.


Shares of Welspun Corp Ltd had been investing 2.98 per cent higher at Rs 133.10 apiece on BSE.
